Corporate Counsel

📋 Description

• Collaborate with Sales/Procurement to close deals and review edits.
• Draft and negotiate NDAs, SaaS, and vendor agreements.
• Provide product risk assessments for new features and marketing.
• Support contract lifecycle management, templates, workflows, and training.
• Respond to day-to-day legal inquiries and ad hoc projects.
• Advise on regulatory, data privacy, and cybersecurity matters (GDPR/CCPA/GLBA).

🎯 Requirements

• JD from an accredited law school; admitted to practice in at least one U.S. state or European country.
• 3-5 years of relevant experience at a law firm or in-house.
• Experience supporting a sales organization.
• Ability to own your work and manage projects independently.
• Comfort navigating ambiguity and a leanly staffed team.
• Ability to work autonomously under pressure and meet deadlines.
