🎯 Requirements
- JD degree and active admission to a US state bar
- 5+ years of relevant legal experience including in-house tech company
- Experience managing commercial agreements across the contract lifecycle
- Familiarity with SaaS transactions data privacy and tech contracting
- Knowledge of legal operations processes metrics and CLM tools
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
