🎯 Requirements

- 8+ years' experience in technology sector, in-house or at firm.
- Strong experience with technology transactions, SaaS, licensing, and commercial contracts.
- Understanding of software products, cloud services, and tech business models.
- Excellent drafting, negotiation, communication, and organizational skills.
