🎯 Requirements
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree.
- Licensed to practice in at least one US state.
- 4-9 years of experience in a similar or relevant role.
- Significant transactional and/or corporate governance experience (public company a plus).
- Excellent written and oral communication and attention to detail.
- Solution-oriented mindset and ownership.
