📋 Description

• Own and scale Qualtrics' global privacy program.
• Advise on GDPR/CCPA and privacy compliance.
• Partner with Product/Engineering on Privacy by Design.
• Lead DPAs and escalation with customers/vendors.
• Support privacy incident response and regulatory inquiries.
• Identify growth areas like trade compliance.

🎯 Requirements

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree or equivalent.
• 4-9 years of relevant legal experience.
• Deep knowledge of global privacy regulations and programs.
• CIPP/E, CIPP/US, or CIPM certifications preferred.
• Excellent written and oral communication and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage and advise senior leadership.
