- Hands-on M&A, strategic transactions, or complex cross-border projects.
- Strong data protection, privacy, compliance, DDQs, and AI legal knowledge.
- Thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments; adaptable to priorities.
- Excellent written and verbal English; highly organized and detail-oriented.
