Corporate Counsel

📋 Description

• Lead M&A and strategic deals end-to-end, including due diligence and drafting agreements.
• Support capital markets, equity admin, and corporate governance; assist investor relations and board prep.
• Manage corporate insurance programs with brokers and Finance.
• Design and improve scalable legal processes, templates, and playbooks.
• Partner with Finance, People, and Operations; translate legal issues into actionable guidance.

🎯 Requirements

• Passion for Abridge's mission and energy to support a fast-moving product and ops.
• 5+ years of combined legal experience, including law firm experience.
• J.D. required, with active standing in at least one U.S. state bar (California preferred).
• Proven experience advising on corporate legal issues.
• Excellent drafting and communication skills with the ability to distill complex issues.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with ownership and comfort in a fast-scaling environment.
