📋 Description

• Advise on complex equity and corporate/securities matters.
• Manage public company filings and related processes.
• Oversee board, committee, and governance matters for Palantir.
• Assist with corporate/securities transactions, including M&A.
• Assist in managing Palantir’s equity portfolio.

🎯 Requirements

• JD and active bar membership (or international equivalent).
• 4+ years’ corporate/securities attorney experience at top firm or in-house.
• Knowledge of public company reporting, governance, boards, and securities/transactions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; distill complexity clearly.
