Executive Compensation: counsel on comp structures and senior employment
Entity Management & International: oversee subsidiary governance across jurisdictions

🎯 Requirements

J.D. from top-tier law school and active bar admission
8–12 years corporate law experience, with in-house/firm background
Deep expertise in M&A, VC/PE, governance, and securities
Hands-on cap table management and equity programs
Experience advising boards of directors and C-suite on governance
Strong drafting and negotiation across corporate documents
