Lead monthly, quarterly and annual closing for global subsidiaries; journal entries
Lead a significant part of the annual 20-F filing and other filings
Support audits with auditors; provide work papers for quarterly reviews
Prepare annual tax returns and other statutory reporting requirements
Analyze complex tax issues with outside advisors
Assist design and documentation of internal controls (SOX) and policies

🎯 Requirements

Experience in 2 high-tech companies, preferably SaaS – a must
CPA with Big 4 firm experience – a must
English native level – a must
Strong knowledge of US-GAAP
Advanced ERP knowledge; NetSuite a plus
Experience with AI tools for finance a plus
