Corporate Controller

📋 Description

• Own the monthly, quarterly, and annual close end-to-end (GL, RTR, P2P)
• Prepare consolidated US GAAP and SEC reporting
• Lead as technical accounting authority on complex transactions and disclosures
• Drive AI-driven close acceleration with automated reconciliations and AI variance analysis
• Manage treasury operations, liquidity, FX, and the core finance tech stack
• Lead audits, SOX controls, and accounting policy governance

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years’ accounting in SaaS; Controller or equivalent
• Deep knowledge of US GAAP, SEC, SOX, internal controls
• Experience with international, multi-entity consolidations
• Proven track record implementing AI tools to improve workflows
• Strong judgment on AI outputs; escalate for human review
• Bachelor’s degree; CPA required; NetSuite ERP experience
