📋 Description

• Develop and execute strategic objectives to grow key business areas.
• Support execution of objectives for the three key business units.
• Identify and monitor regulatory/compliance risks proactively.
• Produce qualitative and quantitative analyses for Compliance.
• Create innovative training on compliance and privacy topics.
• Monitor compliance functions and risk areas per OIG guidance for clinical labs.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s/JD preferred.
• 8+ years of business experience; 6+ years healthcare compliance in clinical lab.
• Advanced data analysis, data mining, and medical coding experience.
• CHC certification or equivalent preferred.
• Knowledge of AKS, Stark, CMP, and Exclusion Authority.
• MS Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint proficiency.
