📋 Description

• Lead month- and year-end close for domestic entities.
• Ensure compliance with local GAAP, laws, and regulations.
• Coordinate with FP&A on forecasts and long-range plans.
• Deliver timely, accurate financial reporting and analysis.
• Manage and develop the accounting team; mentor staff.
• Drive process improvements and automation in accounting.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in public accounting or similar.
• Strong GAAP knowledge and financial consolidation.
• Ability to prepare and analyze financial statements.
• Advanced Excel: XLOOKUPS and pivot tables.
• Bachelor's degree in accounting; CPA eligibility.
• No visa sponsorship; eligible to work in the US.
