📋 Description

• Lead month/year-end close for domestic entities.
• Ensure GAAP compliance and accurate financial reporting.
• Support external audits for all Esri entities.
• Collaborate with FP&A to forecast results and plans.
• Manage and develop a team of accounting professionals.
• Drive process improvements and automation in accounting.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in public accounting or similar.
• Strong GAAP knowledge and financial consolidation.
• Experience preparing and analyzing financial statements.
• Advanced Excel with XLOOKUPs and pivot tables.
• Visa sponsorship not available; authorized to work in the US.
• BS in accounting or related field with CPA eligibility.
