Oversee external accounting team; close monthly/quarterly; US GAAP reporting
Lead automation/AI initiatives to streamline workflows and ERP selection/implementation
Manage A/P, vendor onboarding, expenses, and corporate cards with strong controls
Primary contact for auditors/tax advisors; audit readiness and tax reporting
Partner with Finance, Legal, IT, and People on audits and potential M&A

🎯 Requirements

7+ years of accounting experience (public + industry preferred)
Proven track record owning close processes and driving efficiency
Drive for challenging the status quo; scalable accounting operations
Detail-oriented; pragmatic with strong judgment and process mindset
Comfortable with ambiguity; able to build structure in evolving environments
CPA preferred but not required
