Corporate Accounting Manager

📋 Description

• Manage month-end close for prepaid and accrual; review journal entries.
• Manage account reconciliations; review and approve reconciliations.
• Review PL/BS flux analysis and explain drivers of movements.
• Support SOX and external auditors' PBC requests.
• Lead process improvement initiatives across the accounting organization.
• Drive system transformation projects to increase close efficiency.

🎯 Requirements

• 5-8 years total experience; 2+ years in public accounting; Big 4 preferred.
• BA/BS in Accounting or Finance; CPA preferred.
• Extensive SOX compliant policies, processes, controls experience.
• Proficiency in US GAAP and technical accounting; ability to accelerate close.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management; cross-functional collaboration.
• Experience with Oracle (ERP) is a plus.
