Corporate Accountant

📋 Description

• Close processes: journal entries, reconciliations, flux analyses.
• Compliance: US GAAP and SOX compliance.
• Audit: participate in walkthroughs and provide audit requests.
• Cross-functional: work with Corporate Accounting, Financial Reporting, FP&A, AP/Procurement, Payroll, Revenue Ops, IT.
• Hybrid workspace: 3 days per week in office per Rubrik’s in-office requirements.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related; CPA or CPA in progress preferred.
• 2+ years of relevant experience; Big 4 or high-growth software a plus.
• Understanding of US GAAP, close processes, and SOX.
• Excel and Google Sheets; comfortable with large datasets and reconciliations.
• Familiarity with Netsuite, LeaseQuery, Coupa, BlackLine.
• Proactive, curious, strong communication, organized.
• Enjoys a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
• 3 days a week in office per Rubrik’s in-office requirements.
