  • Self-motivated with a 'Manager of One' mindset; works independently and with others.
  • Willingness to learn as the market evolves.
  • Expert customer focus, negotiation, and relationship management.
  • Proven drive for results in multi-stakeholder environments.
  • Ability to run multiple projects in parallel and forecast effectively.
  • Excellent German and English communication and presentation skills.
