- A track record of consistent performance over time in comparable new-business roles
- Strong commercial judgment, knows how to qualify, prioritize, and close efficiently
- Comfortable operating independently with a well-defined, repeatable sales process
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and disciplined in pipeline and forecast management
