About the Team

We are building a new analytics team to drivedata informeddecision-making across the go-to-market team.

About the Role

You bridge the gap between raw data and business stakeholders. Owning data modeling, advise on backend design, presenting insights and crafting executive level dashboards.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Analytics Projects: Work independently with cross-functional stakeholders to translate business requirements into data solutions, including robust data models and dashboards.

Scale Data Operations: Collaborate with Data Engineers toaddpipelines,optimizedata models, and automate insights that drive business growth.

Drive Strategy:Assistwith annual planning and strategic analysis by providing deep insights and actionable recommendations.

OptimizeGTM Performance: Analyze go-to-market data to evaluate the effectiveness of the sales funnel and pinpoint areas for enhancement.

Cross-Functional Partnership: Foster strong relationships with Marketing, Sales, Finance, and Customer Support to bridge the analytics team’s efforts with business goals.

Data Integrity: Partner with the Revenue Operations team toidentifydata gaps and improve overall data quality.

Stakeholder Communication: Present clear, actionable insights to stakeholders tofacilitateinformed decision-making.

Qualifications:

Education:Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Marketing, Engineering, Math, Statistics, ora related field. AMaster’sdegree (MBA or Master in Analytics) is preferred.

Technical Expertise: Expert SQL abilities, including comfort with complex joins, window functions, and performance optimization.Proficiencyin BI tools isrequired(Tableau preferred;PowerBIor Looker accepted).

Analytical Mindset: Proven ability to translate ambiguous business questions into structured analyses.

Experience:Demonstratedexperience working with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Data teams.Previousexperience with Salesforce and Snowflake isrequired.

Communication: Excellent communication skills with the ability to present technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

Nice to Have:

Previousbackground in SaaS or subscription-based product analytics.

Hands-on experience with Python andFivetran.
