As aProductManager,you’llbe playing a key role in the product lifecycle, managing requests through frominceptionto releasefor a defined area of theMeddbaseproduct. Working closely with requestors including internal teams as well as clients, you willbe responsibleformanaging the product backlog and delivering clear and actionable work items to theEngineeringteam.

You’llalsohave critical responsibility for communicating Product Vision for your area tointerested parties, both within and outside of the organisation.

Additionally,you’llhavetheopportunity to influence product strategy by working with internal and external stakeholders to analyse needs and convert those into recommendations at a variety of levels within our company.

Travel, both within the UK and abroad will be possible and encouraged when working with new and existing customers alike.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Understand product vision and business needs to define product requirements.
  • Work withthe rest of the Product Organisationin planning and execution of new product releases.
  • Work withOperational teams, Growth and Engineeringto effectively route requests and ensure requests are escalated to the correct level.
  • Create and iterate on wireframes andmockupswhich effectivelydemonstratethe requirements and their suggested solutions. Work with stakeholders and Software Engineers toreach agreement on final UImockups.
  • Work closely with the Engineering team to manage new product requirements through requirementsgathering,design,developmentand release.
  • Create documentation which effectivelycommunicates the purpose and functionality of new product features, in collaboration both with Engineering and Operational teams.
  • Developbothbroadand deepknowledge about current and future product features.
  • Analyse market segments and customer base to develop market solutions.
  • Define product requirements that address market opportunities
  • Act as a point of contact and Subject Matter Expert for the Product, for instance in answering internal teams’ questionsabout the Product, supportingRFP’s, and delivering demonstrations of the Product andit’sfeatures asrequired

  • Experience Required:

  • 2+ years in a similar role
  • Relevant qualifications in agile delivery/product management
  • Experience working in theHealth Techsector is desirable
  • Key Skills and Technology:

  • Experience working with SaaS products
  • Comfortable working with Figma for creating wireframes andmockups
  • Comfortable with digital planning applications
