Role Overview

The Technical Solutions Manager will partner with customers, sales, and engineering to translate technical requirements into scalable architectures on CoreWeave’s platform. You will drive technical engagement, build proofs of concept, and help customers extract maximum value from our solutions.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with customers to capture requirements and translate them into actionable solution designs
Lead technical pre‑sales activities including scoping, demonstrations, POCs, and migrations
Work cross‑functionally with Product and Engineering to communicate customer needs and influence roadmap
Develop reference architectures, best practices, and technical collateral
Support sales with technical responses to RFPs and evaluations
Provide customer enablement, training, and ongoing technical support

Requirements

5+ years in technical solutions, solutions architecture, or related field
Strong understanding of GPU‑accelerated compute, cloud infrastructure, and HPC environments
Experience with Linux, networking, virtualization/containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
Familiarity with NVIDIA GPUs, CUDA, and cloud providers (AWS, GCP, Azure)
Excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration skills
Ability to travel as needed
