Role overview
As a Technical Program Manager, Security Compliance, you will lead cross-functional programs to design, implement, and monitor security controls and compliance across CoreWeave's cloud infrastructure. You will partner with Security, Legal, Product, and Engineering teams to ensure we meet regulatory and industry standards and to support audits and certifications.
Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional security compliance programs, including planning, execution, and reporting.
- Collaborate with Security, Legal, Product, and Engineering to design and implement controls aligned with SOC 2, ISO 27001, NIST CSF, and other standards.
- Coordinate audits and third-party assessments; manage remediation efforts and timelines.
- Develop and maintain security policies, standards, and procedures; ensure evidence is collected for audits.
- Partner with engineering for secure-by-default designs, risk assessments, vendor risk management.
- Monitor regulatory changes and translate into scalable requirements and roadmaps.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field; or equivalent work experience.
- 5+ years of program management or product management experience in security/compliance environments.
- Strong knowledge of security frameworks (SOC 2, ISO 27001, NIST CSF).
- Experience with cloud security, IAM, data protection, risk assessment, auditing, and regulatory compliance.
- Excellent collaboration, communication, and project management skills; ability to coordinate with multi-disciplinary teams.
- Ability to manage multiple programs, prioritize work, and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with cloud providers (AWS, GCP, Azure) and SaaS security controls.
- Security certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or similar.
