🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in technical field or equivalent experience
- 7+ years managing large-scale programs in SaaS, Cloud, or ML/AI
- Experience delivering customer-facing features and launches end-to-end
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional programs with Product, Engineering, Design, and GTM
- Establishing program mechanisms (execution forums, launches, cadences)
- Aligning product roadmaps, managing dependencies, and tracking delivery
