Strategic Sourcing Manager - Global Network Acquisition

📋 Description

• Develop category strategies for dark fiber, lit fiber, and carrier services.
• Translate network expansion plans into sourcing and budgets.
• Provide cost, schedule, and risk inputs to network teams.
• Lead RFPs, negotiations, and contracts with ISPs and carriers.
• Align sourcing with network standards and growth plans.
• Partner with Legal, Finance, and Construction to source at scale.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Telecom, Business, or related field.
• 10+ years of strategic sourcing, procurement, network infrastructure, or carrier services.
• Direct experience sourcing or managing dark fiber, lit fiber, wavelengths, or telecom services.
• Experience negotiating contracts with ISPs, carriers, or network providers.
• Experience translating technical requirements into commercial sourcing outcomes.
• Travel up to 30% and valid driver’s license.
• Authorization to work without sponsorship.
• Preferred: experience supporting hyperscale, AI, or cloud infra deployments.
