Sr. Marketing Analytics Manager

CoreWeave is seeking a Senior Marketing Analytics Manager to lead data-driven marketing initiatives across paid, organic, and partner channels. This role will own the marketing analytics roadmap, build dashboards, run attribution analyses, and partner with Marketing, Growth, and Product teams to optimize ROI.

About the role

As the Sr. Marketing Analytics Manager, you will own the marketing analytics roadmap, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and provide actionable insights to improve campaign performance and growth initiatives at CoreWeave.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the marketing analytics strategy and roadmap.
• Build and maintain dashboards and reports using SQL and modern BI tools (Looker, Tableau, Power BI).
• Own attribution modeling and experimentation (A/B testing, incrementality analyses).
• Analyze campaign performance across channels, provide actionable insights, and influence budget decisions.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Growth, Product, and Sales to align on goals and success metrics.
• Ensure data quality and governance for marketing data and analytics processes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in marketing analytics, growth analytics, or related data-driven roles.
• Strong SQL skills and experience with BI tools (Looker, Tableau, Power BI).
• Experience with Google Analytics 4 and other analytics platforms.
• Deep understanding of attribution models, experimentation, and ROI measurement.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Economics, Statistics, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
