CoreWeave is seeking a Senior Capacity Planner for Datacenter Space and Power to forecast and manage capacity for data center footprints, including space, power, and cooling resources. You will develop capacity models, analyze current and projected utilization, and collaborate with facilities, electrical engineering, operations, and procurement teams to ensure scalable, reliable infrastructure to support growth in high‑performance computing workloads.

Role Overview

As a Senior Capacity Planner, you will own capacity planning for datacenter space and power resources. You will analyze current utilization, forecast future needs, and support expansion initiatives to enable CoreWeave to scale efficiently while maintaining reliability and performance.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain capacity models for data center space and power usage.
• Monitor utilization, leading indicators, and supply constraints; produce regular reports for leadership.
• Collaborate with Data Center Operations, Facilities, Electrical Engineering, and Procurement teams to plan space expansions and power distribution upgrades.
• Support site selection, buildouts, and risk assessments related to capacity and reliability.
• Contribute to optimization efforts for cooling, power efficiency, and asset management.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in data center capacity planning or facilities planning
• Experience with DCIM tools and power distribution concepts
• Strong analytical skills; proficient in Excel, SQL, or Python
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration
