Sr. Business Systems Engineer – Source to Pay (S2P)- Indirect procurement

Overview

Senior-level role at CoreWeave responsible for the Source-to-Pay (S2P) process for indirect procurement. You will own and optimize end-to-end S2P workflows, configure procurement systems, and integrate with ERP and finance data.

Responsibilities

• Lead and optimize Source-to-Pay processes for indirect procurement.
• Configure, implement, and maintain procurement systems and ERP integrations.
• Collaborate with Finance, Procurement, and Engineering to translate business requirements into system configurations.
• Drive process improvements, ensure data quality, and deliver dashboards and reports.
• Manage vendor onboarding, PO-to-pay lifecycle, approvals, and catalog management.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and support audits.
• Provide user training and documentation; manage change as systems evolve.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience with Source-to-Pay / indirect procurement systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; experience with ERP integrations.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Ability to translate business needs into system configurations and workflows.
