Role Overview

As a Senior Business Systems Engineer for Direct Procurement & MRP, you will own the procurement and MRP systems, drive process improvements, ensure data integrity, and collaborate with cross-functional teams across Purchasing, Finance, and Engineering to enable efficient supply chain operations.

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end configuration, optimization, and governance of procurement and MRP systems.
Gather requirements from stakeholders and translate them into scalable, technical solutions.
Model data structures, manage workflows, and integrate with ERP systems.
Analyze purchasing and inventory data to drive efficiency, cost savings, and accurate planning.
Maintain system security, access controls, and comprehensive reporting.
Provide user training and ongoing support to procurement and finance teams.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in business systems engineering or a related field.
Hands-on experience with procurement processes and MRP in ERP environments.
Experience with data modeling, integrations, and reporting.
Strong SQL and data analysis skills.
Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
Bachelor's degree in a related field; advanced degrees are a plus.
