Senior Site Due Dilligence

📋 Description

• Act as the initial technical evaluator for prospective data center sites across disciplines.
• Lead the technical due diligence process from initial site concept through lease execution.
• Review proposals, capacity offers, and drawings to ensure design alignment.
• Interface with landlords, utilities, and developers during due diligence.
• Prepare concise technical assessments and go/no-go recommendations.
• Produce dashboards to track progress, risks, and milestones.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in data center engineering, site selection, or due diligence.
• Bachelor’s in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or Architectural Engineering.
• Broad multi-discipline technical competency; can evaluate without SME.
• Understanding of utility infrastructure and impact on site feasibility.
• Experience reviewing capacity offers and building documentation.
• Strong communication, writing, and presentation skills.
