Senior Production Engineer

📋 Description

• Design, build, and own foundational platforms and frameworks.
• Improve availability, resiliency, and delivery velocity at scale.
• Lead internal tooling to reduce manual operations and enable automation.
• Partner with service owners to translate requirements into automation and paved paths.
• Ship production code and participate in on-call rotations.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years building and operating distributed systems or cloud platforms.
• Strong programming (Python, Go) with shipping production systems.
• Deep expertise in cloud-native platforms and Kubernetes.
• Observability and incident practices: metrics, tracing, logs, SLOs.
• Lead large technical efforts across teams without direct authority.
