Job Overview

Senior People Program Manager – Onboarding & Recognition at CoreWeave leads the design and execution of onboarding programs and employee recognition initiatives. You will partner with People Operations, Recruiting, and business leaders to create onboarding experiences and recognition strategies that attract, engage, and retain top talent in a fast-paced, GPU-focused environment.

What you\'ll do

  • Lead the end-to-end onboarding program for new hires across teams and locations, ensuring a smooth and impactful ramp period.
  • Design, implement, and manage employee recognition programs that align with CoreWeave values and business goals.
  • Collaborate with Talent Acquisition, People Operations, HRIS, Finance, and leadership to define program requirements, timelines, and success metrics.
  • Develop scalable processes, playbooks, and training materials to support managers and new hires.
  • Analyze program data and create insights to improve retention, time-to-productivity, and employee engagement.

What we\'re looking for

  • 5+ years of program management, people operations, or HR program experience (senior level).
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and manage multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong written and verbal communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.
  • Experience with onboarding platforms, HRIS systems, or recognition platforms is a plus.
  • Data-driven mindset with ability to define and track success metrics.
