Senior Manager, SOX-IT

Overview

Senior Manager, SOX-IT at CoreWeave will lead the Sarbanes-Oxley IT controls program, drive internal control design, documentation, testing, remediation, and cross-functional collaboration with IT, Finance, and Compliance. This hybrid role requires strong risk assessment, project leadership, and knowledge of IT general controls, access management, change management, and data security.

Responsibilities

• Develop SOX IT control narratives and control matrices for ITGCs (Access, Change Management, IT Operations).
• Lead and coordinate IT control testing, remediation tracking, and remediation validation across multiple teams.
• Collaborate with IT, Finance, Internal Audit, and Compliance to ensure control effectiveness and timely reporting to leadership.
• Monitor regulatory changes and ensure ongoing SOX compliance within IT processes.
• Mentor junior staff and drive continuous improvement of the SOX-IT program.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in IT risk, compliance, internal audit, or related field.
• Strong knowledge of Sarbanes-Oxley IT controls, ITGCs, access management, change management, and data security.
• Excellent communication, project management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Certifications such as CPA, CISA, or CISSP are a plus.
