CoreWeave is seeking a Senior Manager, Revenue Accounting Transformation to lead the company’s revenue accounting transformation program. This role partners with Finance, Legal, and Product teams to optimize revenue recognition, billing processes, and related controls, delivering scalable solutions across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the revenue accounting transformation program, including governance, planning, and budget management.
Map current revenue recognition processes, define target state, and design scalable processes and controls.
Collaborate with Finance, Legal, Sales, Product, and Compliance to ensure accurate revenue reporting and compliance with GAAP and SOX.
Drive system implementations and integrations (ERP/Finance platforms) and data migration efforts.
Develop program metrics, monitor progress, and report results to senior leadership; manage stakeholders.
Build and lead a high-performing team; mentor junior staff and promote best practices.

Qualifications

8+ years in revenue accounting with at least 3 years in leadership or program management roles.
Deep knowledge of ASC 606 and related GAAP revenue recognition standards.
Experience in finance transformation initiatives and implementing financial systems.
Strong project management, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Experience with ERP systems; data analytics experience is a plus.
BS/BA in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA preferred.
