Senior Manager - Performance and Benchmarking

Overview

CoreWeave is seeking a Senior Manager - Performance and Benchmarking to lead our performance engineering efforts across the CoreWeave platform. This role will define and drive performance measurement initiatives, develop scalable benchmarking suites, and guide optimization strategies to ensure world-class performance for our GPU-accelerated cloud solutions. You will manage a team of engineers, collaborate closely with product and core engineering teams, and communicate findings to executives and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of performance benchmarks across CoreWeave platforms
• Build and maintain benchmarking suites, metrics, and reporting dashboards
• Manage a team of performance engineers and analysts
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to set performance priorities and roadmaps
• Communicate performance insights and recommendations to executives and cross-functional partners

Requirements

• Experience in performance engineering, benchmarking, or related fields
• Strong leadership, people management, and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Excellent communication and ability to translate technical findings for non-technical audiences
