Role overview
Senior Manager, GTM Systems at CoreWeave will own the go-to-market technology stack and lead initiatives that enable sales, marketing, and success teams to operate efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Lead strategy, implementation, and ongoing optimization of GTM systems (CRM, marketing automation, data integration, and analytics platforms).
- Partner with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Product to align processes and data flows with business goals.
- Manage a team of system owners/analysts; set priorities, roadmaps, and project execution.
- Own data governance, quality, and reporting to drive revenue forecasting and insights.
- Plan and manage system migrations, integrations, and upgrades; ensure security and compliance.
- Establish governance, change management, and training for system users.
Qualifications
- 7+ years experience in GTM systems, RevOps, or related roles; 3+ years in people management.
- Strong experience with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and marketing automation.
- Excellent analytical and project management skills; ability to translate business needs into system requirements.
- Data modeling, data quality, reporting, and BI familiarity.
- Excellent cross-functional collaboration and communication.
