Senior Manager, COA, Legal Entities, and Special Projects

📋 Description

• Design, govern, and optimize global COA and entity structures.
• Bridge Accounting, FP&A, Tax, Treasury, Legal, and Tech for reporting.
• Lead cross-functional finance transformation initiatives and projects.
• Ensure COA data integrity and ERP reporting consistency.
• Manage legal entity setups, reconciliations, mergers, and intercompany.
• Mentor analysts and present updates to senior leadership.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• CPA, CMA, or MBA strongly preferred.
• 8+ years in accounting/finance systems or finance transformation.
• Experience managing global COA and/or legal entity structure.
• Experience with ERP systems (Oracle, SAP, NetSuite) and data governance tools.
• Proven track record managing complex cross-functional projects.
