Senior Global Supply Manager, Spares Planning

📋 Description

• Own global spares strategy for CoreWeave's data centers.
• Forecasting, planning, replenishment, and fulfillment for CPUs/GPUs/networking/storage.
• Partner with Engineering, Data Center Ops, Procurement, and Logistics.
• Operational role with data-driven decision making and scalable processes.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, SCM, Ops Mgmt, or related field.
• 3+ years in inventory management, spares planning, or cloud data center SCM.
• Experience with demand forecasting, inventory optimization, and service-level planning.
• Proficiency with ERP/MRP systems such as Oracle, NetSuite, Kinaxis.
• Experience designing planning processes, forecasting models, replenishment logic, inventory controls.
• Ability to build/manage KPIs and dashboards for inventory health, service coverage, and risk.
