Senior Global Business Process Owner, Demand & Capacity Management Systems

Overview

CoreWeave is seeking a Senior Global Business Process Owner to lead Demand & Capacity Management Systems across our global compute platforms. You will own end-to-end processes for forecasting demand, capacity planning, and resource optimization to support scalable cloud infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Define, document, and maintain global demand management and capacity planning processes across regions and product lines.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, Finance, and Operations to implement scalable BPM solutions and tools.
• Design and track metrics, KPIs, and dashboards; drive data-driven process improvements.
• Lead governance forums, risk assessment, and change management; manage cross-functional stakeholder expectations.
• Align capacity planning with product roadmaps, customer demand, and budget constraints to optimize resource utilization and cost.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in business process ownership, demand management, or capacity planning within tech, cloud, or related industries.
• Experience implementing BPM tools, ERP systems, or data analytics platforms.
• Strong analytical skills, with proficiency in data visualization and basic SQL or Python for analysis.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and change-management capabilities; ability to lead cross-functional initiatives.
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment and influence senior leadership.

Nice to Have

• Familiarity with cloud infrastructure concepts (GPU compute, Kubernetes) and data-center operations.
