CoreWeave is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to partner with cross‑functional teams to drive financial planning and business enablement. The role will focus on building financial models, delivering insights, and guiding strategic decision‑making across product, sales, and operations.

Overview

As a Senior Financial Analyst in Business Enablement, you will support budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis to enable strategic initiatives and operational efficiency across CoreWeave.

Responsibilities

Lead monthly close and forecasting processes with accuracy and timeliness
Develop and maintain financial models, budgeting, headcount planning, and scenario analyses
Partner with product, sales, and operations to support strategic initiatives and business enablement
Analyze variances, provide actionable recommendations, and communicate results to leadership
Support reporting, dashboards, and management information systems

Qualifications

5+ years of FP&A, financial analysis, or related experience
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
Strong financial modeling skills and advanced Excel; experience with SQL/BI is a plus
Excellent communication and collaboration skills; ability to influence cross‑functional teams
Experience with ERP/finance systems and process improvement
