Senior Director, Technical Accounting

📋 Description

• Lead CoreWeave's global technical accounting function.
• Provide guidance on complex transactions (debt/equity, contracts).
• Develop and maintain global accounting policies and memos.
• Advise management on US GAAP, IFRS, and SEC developments.
• Manage SEC filings (10-K, 10-Q) and liaise with external auditors.
• Collaborate with Revenue, FP&A, Tax, Legal, and international teams.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting; CPA required; MBA preferred.
• 10+ years of accounting experience in a high-growth environment.
• Tech industry exposure with inventory and fixed assets; manufacturing a plus.
• Public company experience with SEC filings in a fast-growing setting.
• International accounting experience.
• Strong problem-solving and cross-functional collaboration; US GAAP leadership.
