Senior Corporate Paralegal, Securities

CoreWeave is seeking a Senior Corporate Paralegal specializing in securities to support corporate governance and securities matters. The successful candidate will manage SEC filings, maintain corporate records, assist with board materials, draft and review agreements, coordinate with outside counsel, and help ensure legal and regulatory compliance across the company. This role requires meticulous attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to collaborate with internal teams and external partners.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and coordinate SEC filings (e.g., 10-K/10-Q) and other regulatory reports
• Maintain corporate records, minutes, and governance documentation
• Assist with board materials, meeting logistics, and governance processes
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and ancillary corporate agreements
• Coordinate with outside counsel and internal stakeholders
• Monitor regulatory developments affecting securities and corporate compliance

Qualifications

• 5+ years of corporate/paralegal experience with a focus on securities
• Strong knowledge of securities laws, governance, and filings
• Excellent drafting, editing, and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Bachelor’s degree; paralegal certification or equivalent experience
