CoreWeave is a fast-growing provider of scalable cloud infrastructure and GPU-accelerated computing solutions. We are seeking a senior in-house attorney to help scale our legal operations as we expand across products, customers, and partnerships.

Role Overview

As Senior Corporate Counsel, you will partner with executive leadership and cross-functional teams (product, engineering, sales, privacy, and finance) to support corporate governance, commercial contracting, licensing, and regulatory/compliance matters. This role requires strong negotiation skills, practical business judgment, and a proactive approach to managing risk in a rapidly evolving technology company.

Responsibilities

• Draft and negotiate vendor agreements, master services agreements, customer contracts, licensing arrangements, and other commercial documentation.
• Advise on corporate governance, board communications, securities matters, and regulatory compliance programs.
• Manage intellectual property strategy, portfolio, licensing, and use of open-source software.
• Oversee data privacy and information security compliance in collaboration with privacy and security teams (e.g., GDPR/CCPA considerations).
• Lead or support mergers, acquisitions, equity transactions, and strategic partnerships as needed.
• Manage relationships with outside counsel, including budgeting and efficiency improvements.
• Develop internal policies, training, and playbooks for cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor from an accredited law school; US bar admission.
• 7+ years of in-house or top-tier law firm experience in corporate/commercial matters for technology/cloud businesses.
• Experience with SaaS agreements, data privacy/privacy-by-design considerations, IP licensing, and vendor/customer negotiations.
• Strong drafting, negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills; ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work cross-functionally and provide pragmatic, business-oriented legal guidance.
