Role Overview

The Senior Business Systems Engineer will own and optimize asset and lease management systems, partner with finance, operations, and IT, and drive system integrations and process improvements across the organization.

Responsibilities

Design, implement, and maintain business systems supporting asset lifecycle and lease management.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to capture requirements and ensure scalable, reliable solutions.
Configure, test, and troubleshoot integrations with ERP, CRM, and data pipelines.
Provide user training and ongoing system support.

Requirements

6+ years of experience in business systems engineering or related field.
Experience with asset management, lease management, or ERP systems.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder communication skills.
Ability to work across teams in a fast-paced environment.
