CoreWeave is a leading cloud computing company that provides GPU-accelerated infrastructure and services. We are seeking an RTR Process Manager, Accounting Enablement to lead the accounting close process, improve record-to-report efficiency, and drive scalable controls across multiple offices.

Role Overview

Position: RTR Process Manager, Accounting Enablement. Employment type: Full-time. Hybrid work model with on-site presence at multiple offices (Sunnyvale, CA; Bellevue, WA; Washington, D.C.; Austin, TX).

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end record-to-report (RTR) processes including month-end close, financial reporting, and internal controls.
Collaborate with Accounting, FP&A, Tax, Payroll, and external auditors to ensure accurate financial statements.
Design, implement, and optimize scalable accounting processes and SOPs; map and monitor controls for SOX compliance.
Identify and drive automation opportunities across ERP and financial systems; partner with IT and business teams on tool selection and implementation.
Develop and track KPIs, drive process improvements, and improve data quality and close cycles.
Coordinate cross-functional projects and provide training and documentation for teams across multiple sites.

Qualifications

Experience in RTR or financial operations; strong knowledge of GAAP and SOX controls.
Analytical mindset with strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Experience with ERP/GL systems and financial systems; familiarity with automation, data analytics, or BI tools is a plus.
Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to work across multiple sites (Sunnyvale, Bellevue, DC, Austin).
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; professional certification (CPA/CFA) preferred.
