Principal Product Manager - Data & AI applications (RAG/ Agents)

Overview

We are seeking a Principal Product Manager for Data & AI applications (RAG/Agents) to lead CoreWeave's data-driven AI initiatives and drive the strategy for data and AI experiences on our platform.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the product vision and roadmap for Data and AI applications, including RAG and agent-based features.
• Collaborate with data science, ML engineering, platform, and cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into features and measurable outcomes.
• Prioritize the backlog, write clear user stories, and work with engineering to deliver high-impact capabilities at scale.
• Define success metrics, monitor adoption and impact, and communicate value to stakeholders and customers.
• Engage with customers and partners to validate needs and articulate the product value.

Qualifications

• Senior product management experience (typically 7+ years) in AI, data platforms, or ML-powered products.
• Strong cross-functional leadership and communication skills.
• Hands-on familiarity with AI/ML concepts, data workflows, and scalable cloud infrastructure.
• Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, research-driven environment.
