CoreWeave is a leading provider of GPU-accelerated cloud infrastructure delivering high-performance compute for AI, ML, and rendering workloads. We are seeking an Operations Accounting – Inventory Manager to own hardware asset inventory and related financial processes across our data centers.

Responsibilities

Manage inventory records for data center hardware assets (servers, GPUs, networking gear).
Oversee asset lifecycle from receipt to disposition, including tagging and tracking in the ERP system.
Perform periodic physical inventories and reconcile with ERP data; investigate variances.
Collaborate with Procurement, Finance, and Data Center Operations to optimize cost accounting and asset utilization.
Ensure accuracy of cost capitalization, depreciation, and related journal entries; maintain internal controls.
Support SOX/compliance processes and year-end audits with thorough documentation.
Prepare reports on inventory levels, obsolescence, and forecasted needs to inform planning.
Assist in process improvement initiatives to streamline asset management and financial reporting.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or CMA preferred.
3+ years of inventory accounting or asset management experience; data center or hardware environment a plus.
Strong knowledge of GAAP, depreciation, and cost accounting.
Experience with ERP systems (NetSuite, SAP, Oracle) and asset management modules.
Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills; ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
