Operations Accounting - Fixed Assets Sr. Analyst

Overview

CoreWeave is seeking an experienced Operations Accounting - Fixed Assets Senior Analyst to own fixed assets accounting, asset capitalization, depreciation scheduling, and asset lifecycle management. This role partners with FP&A, procurement, and IT to ensure accurate asset records and compliant reporting.

Responsibilities

• Manage fixed assets ledger, capitalization of purchases, depreciation calculations and schedules.
• Maintain asset records, tagging, impairments, and reconciliations.
• Coordinate with procurement, accounts payable, and IT for asset tracking and lifecycle events.
• Support month-end close, audit schedules, and financial reporting of fixed assets.
• Assist internal/external audits and stay current on GAAP requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field; CPA or CMA preferred.
• 3+ years of fixed assets accounting and financial reporting experience.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP, depreciation methods, and asset lifecycles.
• Experience with ERP systems and fixed assets modules (e.g., NetSuite, SAP) is a plus.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and cross-functional communication skills.
