NPI Manager

Overview

CoreWeave is seeking an NPI Manager to lead new product introductions across the product lifecycle. The role will coordinate cross-functional teams from engineering, operations, supply chain, and sales to ensure launches are on time and meet quality standards. This position supports multiple sites in Livingston, NY; New York, NY; Sunnyvale, CA; and Bellevue, WA.

Responsibilities

• Lead NPI processes, define requirements, and establish schedules.
• Drive cross-functional alignment across engineering, design, manufacturing, supply chain, and customer success.
• Manage risk, issue resolution, and launch readiness assessments.
• Develop and track program milestones, budgets, and resources.
• Collaborate with vendors and manufacturing partners to scale production.
• Gather customer feedback and translate into product improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Product Management, or related field; MBA is a plus.
• 5+ years in NPI, product management, or related roles; hardware/semiconductor experience a plus.
• Strong project management, communication, and leadership skills.
• Experience coordinating across multiple sites and teams.
• Ability to manage concurrent programs and prioritize effectively.
