Role: Master Scheduler

We are seeking a Master Scheduler to plan and optimize hardware capacity across CoreWeave's datacenters. You will collaborate with procurement, operations, and data center teams to ensure on-time delivery of hardware and accurate capacity planning across multiple sites.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain master production schedule and capacity plans for GPU servers and related hardware
• Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and data center teams to align supply with demand
• Track lead times, supplier performance, and inventory levels
• Use forecasting techniques to anticipate demand changes and adjust schedules
• Maintain accurate schedule records and provide regular updates to leadership
• Identify constraints and propose mitigation actions

Qualifications

• 3+ years in master scheduling or production planning, preferably in hardware or data center environments
• Proficiency with Excel, ERP systems, and data analysis
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-visibility environment
• Bachelor's degree in operations, supply chain, or related field
